You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of enrollment and at the time of each shipment. Membership is available to residents of states where direct wine shipments are legally permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your membership at any time. By enrolling, you certify that you are of legal age and that the person accepting each delivery is of legal age. You credit card on file will be charged twice a year for the current membership price of each shipment plus applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. You will be notified prior to your credit card being charged and prior to shipping. Members may customize their selection from available options provided by the winery. We strive for quality and variety, however, we cannot guarantee specific bottles, varietals, or vintages. Customizations must be made within the given timeframe emailed to you. All custom selections are subject to current inventory availability. If your preferred wines are out of stock, you will be prompted to choose alternatives. If you do not submit your custom choice by the deadline, your shipment will default to six bottles hand selected by our winemaker. You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be received at least 30 days before the scheduled shipment date. All wine sales are final. If a shipment arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.
