You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of enrollment and at the time of each shipment. Membership is available to residents of states where direct wine shipments are legally permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your membership at any time. By enrolling, you certify that you are of legal age and that the person accepting each delivery is of legal age. You credit card on file will be charged twice a year for the current membership price of each shipment plus applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. You will be notified prior to your credit card being charged and prior to shipping. Your three bottle allocation is hand selected by our winemaker. We strive for quality and variety, however, we cannot guarantee specific bottles, varietals, or vintages. Customizations are not available under this membership tier. Should you like to add on any bottles, that option will be offered based upon availability. You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be received at least 30 days before the scheduled shipment date. All wine sales are final. If a shipment arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.
